• Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $125.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package ships.

• Service Area: We currently ship to all 50 states. (Optional: Mention Texas-specific speed if applicable).

Returns & Exchanges

• 30-Day Window: We accept returns on most unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery.

• Hygiene & Safety: For the protection of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on opened boxes of gloves, masks, sanding bands, or sterilization products.

• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@polishpigment.com within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the package, and we will make it right.

How to Start a Return To begin a return, please email our support team with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
